If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not utilize our website or referral services.
2. Independent Referral Service Model
Roof Expert USA functions as an emergency advertising, marketing, and dispatch facilitation platform. Roof Expert USA is not a licensed general contractor and does not directly provide roofing labor, material installation, or physical repair services. All physical work, including emergency tarping, moisture inspections, structural repairs, and reroofing, is conducted by third-party independent contractors who maintain independent licensing, insurance, and business operations in the State of Michigan.
3. Contractor Relationship & Scope of Work
When an emergency call is triaged, Roof Expert USA routes the property owner's request to an independent contractor. Any contract, estimate, warranty, or financial transaction is executed directly and exclusively between the property owner and the dispatched independent roofing contractor. Roof Expert USA is not a party to any contract for roofing services.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Michigan law, Roof Expert USA disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, or workmanship of independent contractors dispatched through our referral network. Property owners are advised to verify independent contractor credentials, permits, and insurance prior to contract execution.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
